10 days of vipassana

right! now that was an interesting experience and a very nice one but there is'nt that much to write about since it was pretty strict schedule up at 4 and lights out at 9:30 and doing 10-11 hours of meditation a day and only 2 meals a day wich was the only downside but at least it was very good meals and as u where not aloud to talk one seemed to go inwards quite alot wich i guess was the whole purpouse of being quiet (but i might keep that to myself for awhile) along with a few other things and it was very funny trying to talk after that long time being silent the throat was very relaxed and felt very soft & wobbly but now i had a day of talking and walking around in auckland looking around and i think that i soon should start my travels in nz but first i'll be meeting some other friends from cham but i guess some time next week i'll be on my way somewhere else but as always one will have to wait and see what comes up so untill next time !!

wedding weekend

wow what a weekend i been having lots of fun with lots of chamange and beers and even more food. i started with helping dave sorting out the venue wich was the brides parents vinyard that sits on a hill in the country side unpacking tents, wine and more drinks and of course drinking some as well as the weather was supernice and warm.for the wedding they had around 90 people comming to the cermony and it was very relaxed and nice and no hesitations when they made their vows and i did not loose their rings ! after that we went for dinner that was held in a golfclub with lots of oysters for starters and roast chicken with trimmings for main good stuff and not to forget a nice weddingcake superchocklate!!i cant really remember to much or maybe i'm just lazy and cant be botherd to write everything down!!! the day after we went fishing on this 44 foot boat and this was lot's of fun.there was 14 of us and we had packed a lot of beer and food so of we went and the sea was not to rough, it was just perfect and the sun was out and really strong so lots of sunblock. the fish that we where going for was snapper and i did get 5 of them but none big enough to keep so i will have to come back for that but we where trying hard and working our self out so we had to drink lots of beer to keep up with ourselfs but after 4 hours or so we gave up and out of 40 fish we could only keep 9 but hey after they where smoked they did taste fine but 9 fish don't feed 14 so we had a bbq aswell !!right, i won't write for a while as of tomorrow when i'm going to a retreat for 10 days of no talking so we see how that goes so untill then stay out of truble and keep quiet!!

I LIKE NZ

hi there i'm finaly in nz and auckland ! it was a long flight about 14 hours from santiago but once we landed it was cool. dave who i havent seen for 3-4 years meet up with me at the airport and took me for a short drive in town went up some small volcano overlooking auckland but i must admit that my first day was a bit hazy as i was very tired so i was quite happy getting to bed that night ! next day we went to his mothers place at someplace with some funny name (moari names cant get them)it was nice lots of animals and nice scenery after that we had a look on some nice beaches! i'm also very pleased to be in a house with a real kitchen so i've been making muffins and yummy foods to my hosts pleasure. this morning we went to have a go at wakeboarding in the harbor excellent fun first time in 16 years for me but not the last anyway i better get going as i have to try a suit for daves wedding on sat so i write more after this weekend !
